Mark Waters, CRP
Mark Waters is Managing Member and founder of Waters & Associates Realty. He has more than 14 years of experience in corporate relocation, working closely with human resources and recruiting departments to assist in the relocation process. Mark holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Psychology and is a Certified Relocation Professional (CRP). Early in his career, Mark worked in human resources for McDonnell Douglas (now Boeing) in recruitment and administration. He is a member of the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council, National Association of Realtors, Missouri Association of Realtors, and St. Louis Association of Realtors.

Trupti Patel
Trupti Patel has been providing her clients excellent service in St. Louis area since 2005. She has a bachelor's in Psychology from University of Illinois at Chicago and has been a resident of St. Louis for over 13 years. Selling or buying a home is one of the most important decisions a person makes; Trupti prides herself assisting her clients in every step of the buying/selling process and all resources possible to make an informed decision. She serves the entire metropolitan St. Louis area. Trupti is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Missouri Association of Realtors and the St. Louis Association of Realtors. area for over 10 years. As a lender she received numerous awards and was the #1 Loan Officer in the St. Louis Metropolitan Area for four consecutive years. Kim's introduction to the real
estate field involved the preparation of over 1,800 Broker Price Opinion Reports for banks nationwide; this experience gave her tremendous insight in pricing strategies based on market values.
She also has extensive foreclosure and short sale experience. Because of her thorough knowledge of the St. Louis Market, Kim is able to provide her clients with a breadth of knowledge,
extensive experience and personal attention. Her frequent referrals attest to her integrity and insight into her clients' needs.

Chrisy Hoerner has been a licensed real estate agent for 14 years. She has specialized the last 8 years in the residential leasing and relocation industry.
She loves what she does and puts her heart and soul into every transaction. She services the metropolitan St. Louis area and surrounding counties including Jefferson and St. Charles Counties.

Jan has also assisted clients including both buyers and renters. Jan and her husband relocated to St. Louis several years ago, and this has given her an outsider's insight into the special
qualities of St. Louis and the region. As an avid outdoor enthusiast, she can extol on the unique qualities of Missouri's exceptional natural areas. Prior to moving to St. Louis, she was
a 10 year co-owner/designer in a native landscape firm. She has had her real estate license since 2007 and is a member of the SLAR, MAR & NAR.
